Pearl of Grace Ranch is a non-profit residential ministry dedicated to helping troubled teen girls in Oklahoma and surrounding areas. After a two year renovation process of our facility, our doors are now open! We provide a secure environment where the girls are loved no matter what baggage they bring from their past.

A big thanks to our volunteers and donors! Toby Thayer, we appreciate you mowing our pasture. Thanks to the Copes for donating a canoe and a large 4 room tent. Judy Edgar, thanks for your canoe donation, as well. Thank you, Steve Shetler, for bringing the barn out for the horses. To the kind people in Agra who discounted our fireworks, thank you! Countless people have given service to do building projects and furnish and decorate our living quarters. Thanks to the ladies who’s have planted flowers. Christy and Kelsey, bless you for all the hours of office work. And we appreciate everyone who has donated food, clothing, personal hygiene items, school and craft supplies. All of you good people who have donated personal time or made a contribution to our facility are a part of making this ministry a success! God bless you!! ... See MoreSee Less

What better thing to do than pick blackberries on an early, clear, Oklahoma morning? Looking forward to that blackberry cobbler soon!! ... See MoreSee Less

So it’s “staffing” on Wednesday’s. At best, it can be a bit of a stressful morning. But Miss Amanda to the rescue... she has to be one of the most creative people ever! That’s only one of the reasons we love her so much around here!
This morning: “rock climbing” banana bread”. Because some staff have fun doing it on their days off! This deliciousness is just what’s needed before getting into weightier matters! Thank you, Miss Amanda!! ... See MoreSee Less

Thanks to Miss Kassie Miller, who has worked as our Equine Director for several months, for her professional classes with our Ranch girls. Her training sessions have taught the girls so much and they looked forward each week to their equine classes with Miss Kassie. Our position for Equine Director is presently part time so we completely understand that Kassie has had to move on to a permanent position elsewhere.
We now have need of a part time employee who is a committed Christian that can herd and pasture horses and give equine training for approximately 20 hours a week. You should be able to team with other staff and have experience in working with teen girls. This position will eventually evolve into full time as we take on more girls.
If you have an interest in helping out at the Pearl of Grace Ranch, please visit our website and call or email us. We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
