A safe refuge where teen girls in crisis — and their families — find hope, restoration, and a community that refuses to give up on them.
Many families come to us exhausted: placements, counselors, hospitals, broken trust. At Pearl of Grace Ranch, girls ages 13–16 live in a family-style home on a working ranch for 18–24 months — walking through deep discipleship, licensed counseling, inner healing, and real relationships with mentors who stay.
And parents don’t just drop off and wait. You’re invited into a healing journey of your own.
Real discipleship is presence. We walk with teens through ordinary days, pointing to Jesus in all of them.
Licensed counseling and prayer that reaches the root.
Trust and courage built with horses and the outdoors.
Education that meets each girl where she is.
Girls live in home-like apartments with consistent mentors on a working ranch — family-style life, not a facility.
Parent seminars, home-visit coaching, and ongoing support — because restoration has to reach home.
Mentors commit to two years, because trust isn’t built in weeks — it’s built by people who don’t leave.
“We came to the ranch with nothing left. For the first time, someone walked with our whole family — not just our daughter. We have hope again.”
— A Pearl of Grace parent
We work with every family to find a way forward — and the only reason we can is because of generous partners who believe every girl deserves a chance. When you give, you’re not funding a program. You’re funding a girl’s restoration.
Your daughter isn’t a problem to fix. She’s a girl worth fighting for. See how our program works.
Give with purpose — a girl’s tuition, a parent seminar, a mentor’s training. See where your gift goes.
Not a job — a season of mission. Live, serve, and grow alongside girls who need someone who stays.
